- We do not have a phone number for you to call us. All our customer service is done through the FAQ and e-mail with a 24 hour response window.
b. How often do you answer e-mails?
- We answer e-mails within 24 hours. Questions that are answered with the FAQ may not receive a response.
c. Can you answer my e-mail personally?
- E-mails that require a personal response or tailored response will be answered personally.
